Exchange and Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges will be provided after the goods are shipped ( except in the following circumstances ) .

Products that meet all of the following conditions can be exchanged / refunded:

  1. If the product quality is found to not meet the production standards, a replacement or refund can be arranged.

  2. Customers must submit an exchange or refund request within 7 days of receiving the product . * Late requests will not be processed.

  3. The product must be unopened or unused, and the packaging must be intact.

  4. Purchase confirmation email or receipt must be attached.

Exchange Arrangement Procedure

1. When requesting an exchange, please provide your order number, receipt, contact information, and a photo of the defective product.

2. All goods must be returned to our company before exchange can be arranged.

3. Exchanges can be made in person or by mail to Room 703, 7/F , Block B , Texaco Industrial Centre, 14-22 Wang Lung Street, Tsuen Wan .

Please note : All products are only allowed to be exchanged once. You can exchange it for a different color of the same product or other products of equal or higher value than the original product ( the price difference must be paid back ) .

Please note : All shipping costs for returned items and our re-shipping of items are borne by the customer.

 

Refund Arrangement Procedure

1. When applying for a refund, please provide your order number, receipt, contact information, and a photo of the product defect.

2. All goods must be returned to our company before a refund can be arranged.

3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the transaction.

5. Customers can choose to deliver in person or by mail to Room 703, 7 /F , Block B , Texaco Industrial Centre, 14-22 Wang Lung Street, Tsuen Wan . If you choose to deliver by mail , all shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

 

The following products are not returnable or exchangeable:

1. More than seven days after receiving the goods.

2. No returns or exchanges for clothing with attached items 

3. The product is damaged or missing parts.

4. The product packaging is damaged.

5. The product is stained or has been washed in water.

6. Special price items are not subject to refund or exchange

7. No returns or exchanges for pre-sale or pre-order products

8. Special offers , discount products, and gifts are not returnable or exchangeable

Note:

  1. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

  2. When making a refund, you must return the gift and coupon (if any).

  3. Each item can only be exchanged once.

  4. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the transaction and generally take approximately 14 business days.

  5.  Exchanges can be made in person or by mail to Room 703 , 7 / F , Block B, Texaco Industrial Centre, 14-22 Wang Lung Street, Tsuen Wan . All shipping costs for return shipments and replacement shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
