Warranty Terms
- The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase and no claims will be accepted after the expiration date.
- The warranty service only covers original quality defects that are not caused by human factors. Damage caused by any human factors (including but not limited to: accidents, negligence, falls, improper installation or operation) is not included in the warranty service.
- If the damage is caused by force majeure (including but not limited to fire, misfortune, accident, natural disaster, natural calamity), it is not included in the warranty service.
- If the product is disassembled, modified or sewn by yourself, it will not be covered by the warranty service.
- Customers must provide Hong Kong purchase receipts.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
