Warranty Terms

  1. The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase and no claims will be accepted after the expiration date.
  2. The warranty service only covers original quality defects that are not caused by human factors. Damage caused by any human factors (including but not limited to: accidents, negligence, falls, improper installation or operation) is not included in the warranty service.
  3. If the damage is caused by force majeure (including but not limited to fire, misfortune, accident, natural disaster, natural calamity), it is not included in the warranty service.
  4. If the product is disassembled, modified or sewn by yourself, it will not be covered by the warranty service.
  5. Customers must provide Hong Kong purchase receipts.

In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
